A fulfilling intimate relationship requires partners to be available, responsive, and engaged (ARE) with one another. In the demands and stresses of modern life, couples can become disconnected, overwhelmed, and caught in relentless cycles of conflict that strain the relationship and often lead people to seek therapy. As a relationship therapist, I am deeply curious about how attachment styles influence relational dynamics, particularly how unmet needs for safety, protection, and comfort can activate the nervous system and create distance between partners. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in attachment theory and mindful awareness, I support couples in rediscovering pathways to connection, compassion, and emotional safety.

Sacred Healing Circle

Circle is a symbol of the circle of life and interrelatedness of all beings. Its a undertaking to promote Healing based upon Native traditional belief systems. We gather honoring the wisdom of Nature and all beings in it to promote understanding, share common experiences, build connections and most of all we come together to create a sense of community towards healing and to realize that we are not alone.
