We'll discuss whether we're a good fit and explore which therapeutic approach might be most helpful for you. This is also your chance to ask any questions about the process.

Standard therapy sessions are one hour long. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to help you determine if my approach is right for you before committing to full sessions.

The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Most clients start with weekly sessions. The journey of healing and change takes time, and we'll work together to find a rhythm that supports your growth.

Sessions are €75 per hour. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation. Payment is expected at the time of service. I can provide receipts for insurance purposes if you have private health insurance with mental health coverage.

I offer one-on-one therapy (in person, online, or outdoor), outdoor therapy sessions in beautiful Galway locations, and monthly Sacred Healing Circles on the 2nd Saturday of each month. My approach blends mindfulness, somatic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care.

Yes, confidentiality is fundamental to therapy. What you share in our sessions is protected and private. There are limited legal exceptions, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, which I'll discuss with you during our first meeting.
